A cemetery chapel on the south-eastern edge of the city centre. It is located in Horní Street, just above Republic Square. It is probably an original cemetery or hospital Renaissance chapel which was modified at the beginning of the 18th century.

The eastern triangular Baroque sacristy of the late Renaissance Church of the Holy Trinity is probably the work of J. B. Santini.
