The outdoor part of the complex in Jihlava offers a large and a small swimming pool, a children's pool and a paddling pool. Visitors can take a rest on the grassed areas. The large pool measures 25 metres and is connected to a wild river, bubble beds, massage elements, water jets, water mushrooms, a water screen, a castle and a small slide. There is also an aquadrome with underwater lighting. In total, the outdoor section can accommodate 2,500 people (the website always lists the current occupancy). Sporty people can take advantage of two beach volleyball courts and an artificial surface for tennis. Refreshments are also available.

The indoor section is open all year round and includes a large leisure pool with a water slide, a hot tub, a children's paddling pool and an outdoor uncovered pool. It has a capacity for 240 people. It also includes a wild river, bubble beds, massage jets and more. Inside there is also a Finnish sauna, steam cabin, vertical turbosolarium, Kneipp walkway and relaxation zone. Guests can book a massage and have drinks or something to eat at the restaurant or refreshment kiosk.
