Cottage restored with attention to detail

The Selské stavení Rozteč Farmhouse is a modern rural accommodation that underwent extensive renovation in 2015-2018. From the original building, the owners have created a beautiful place for a relaxing holiday. It is fully equipped and will suit families with children and groups of friends.

What can you look forward to inside the cottage?

• Spacious kitchen connected to the dining room – it also includes a beautiful tiled stove that will warm you up and make the room cosy.
• Three stylish bedrooms with comfortable beds for a total of 11 adults
• Two bathrooms - one with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, the other with shower and sink
• Separate toilet

Everything is brand new and decorated in a country style.

Outdoor kitchen and hidden garden in the yard

When you open the gate to the courtyard, you will see a hidden garden with climbing frames for children, a lawn, a sandy playground and a small swimming pool.

Adults will love the semi-private kitchen open to the garden with a barbecue and seating area where all guests can sit comfortably. There is also a table tennis table and a swinging chair.

Did you know...

There are plenty of places to go hiking around the property. Just 3.5 km from the property is the Farm Hospodářský dvůr Bohuslavice, where they have lots of animals including horses that you can ride (we recommend making an appointment). You can also go for history - just 5.5 km away is the New Empire Monastery. Nearby is also the historic town of Telč or the outdoor centre Březová, where children and adults alike can enjoy themselves. Wine lovers will enjoy the nearby Sádek Winery.
