The pilgrimage church at Zelená horarepresents Santini's most important building and is rightfully inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Opening hours
Opening hours: April and October – Sat, Sun + Wed 9:00–17:00, May to September – Mon–Sun + Wed 9:00–17:00, November–March closed (it is possible to order a group tour at info@zelena-hora.cz or tel. 724 758 993), outdoor areas open all year round.

It was completed and consecrated in 1722. Its composition is based on the symbolism of the five-pointed star with reference to the five wounds of Christ and the five stars above the place where St. John of Nepomuk was tortured.
