The Jewish community in Habry existed before 1648 and had its own synagogue in the village, which was converted into a cinema in the last century.

The cemetery was probably established in the 14th century. However, it is only officially documented from the first half of the 17th century. The cemetery has preserved valuable Baroque and Classicist tombstones and the oldest legible one dates back to 1740. In total, there are about 250 of them. There are also the remains of a mortuary with a stone portal, which was used as an entrance.
